Puri filed a patent infringement lawsuit against 100 million light

Puri, as the light emitting diode (LED) lighting leading developers and manufacturers, yesterday to the United States District Court for the Northern District of California billion light filed a counterclaim, requiring the past and present compensation and request to ban billion light in the United States further sales of related products. Puri claims that hundreds of products, including 2835 and COB, infringe on Puri, U. S. patents, US6869812, US8567988, US8256929 and US8092051.

Puri invested heavily in LED technology research and product development, forming a patent portfolio of Puri's intellectual property rights and protecting Puri products. The technology covers light extraction processes, heat management and packaging technologies that can be used throughout the solid state lighting industry, including chips, surface mount, array and modular systems. Puri executive Tim Lester said, "Puri isn't an imitator.". We develop our own technology and are confident in the quality of our claims, rights, and intellectual property, and believe that the American justice system gives the right answers."

Over the past ten years, Puri has established the concept of providing high quality, high performance and high stability solid state lighting solutions for indoor and outdoor lighting applications. Carefully monitor global user demand and industry trends in product development, and follow industry standards in many countries, such as the National Institute of standards (ANSI) guidelines. Puri has ownership and licensing of over 1000 patents, proud of respect for the intellectual property rights system and intellectual property rights of others, and will continue to defend its rights firmly.

Puri has been appointed by the Arent Fox Intellectual Property Office to handle the litigation related matters.
