Powered by solar power, a LED display lamp is mounted on the sidewalk, capturing pedestrians' movements and monitoring road conditions while the pedestrians are on the sidewalk. If there is a speeding vehicle approaching the sidewalk, even a green light, there will be a color change reminder on the sidewalk, so that pedestrians can notice the potential danger.

Sun Xiaokang cites an example, for example, when a traffic light turns red, if a person goes through a red light, the LED beam on the sidewalk will radiate dynamically, making him the focus of the area. This is the use of environmental psychology, let people hide their defects in a public occasion, in order to better regulate their own behavior.

The advantages of this transport system are the use of solar power, without the use of the power supply network or information platform, relatively independent modules, through the way things can interact with the surrounding environment.
