Russia: Provisions for lighting and lighting lamps

According to the Russian news website reported that the Russian Federation government in July 20, 2011 issued a government order, approved for use in lighting equipment and lighting lamp used in AC circuit requirements. The new rules do not involve directional light, and light flux less than 150 lumens of light.

According to the documents, the mercury efficiency must be at least 30 lumens / Watt, high-pressure sodium lamp energy must be at least 50 lumens / Watt, LED light energy efficiency must be at least 50 LM / Watt in June 30, 2012, from July 1, 2012 onwards must be at least 60 LM / Watt.

In addition, the document also provides for the duration of the light.
