Sanan optoelectronics company sold 273 million yuan EPISTAR shares

Yesterday (27) evening, Sanan optoelectronics announced that a wholly owned subsidiary of Xiamen Sanan Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sanan Optoelectronics Technology") holds 33305578 shares of Au Optronics Co jingyuan. According to the eighth fortieth meeting of the board of directors, recently by the bulk of transactions, Sanan Optoelectronics Technology Holdings sold all the shares of the Au Optronics Co Jingyuan, net of transaction costs, selling shares amounting to approximately 124443 million NT dollars (equivalent to RMB about 273 million yuan).
