Sapphire substrate accounts for 96.3% of the global LED market! Data will also rise

At present, sapphire as the LED substrate has two main advantages: first, most of the existing industry expertise and production equipment and the production of sapphire is matching; second, sapphire low cost high availability, can produce cheap products LED. Of course, sapphire substrates also have many disadvantages. Such as lattice mismatch, thermal mismatch, and poor electrical and thermal conductivity, but these are not enough to affect the market position of sapphire substrate.
