At present, the Council has completed the "urban environment (decoration) lighting norms" draft manuscript, is expected to be promulgated this year. Which will be put forward, according to the different functional properties of regional environment, will be divided into four types of brightness, the brightness of the environment area, about the different types of regional advertising, signs, LED electronic display and maximum brightness of the external walls of the building are made clear. Shanghai will be based on the construction of city layout, regional function and cultural organization, landscape lighting facilities in the city planning, the reasonable layout of landscape lighting facilities, control the scale of development, reduce light pollution caused by the landscape lighting of public life.
