Wu Xiangyang, representative of Shunchang securities affairs, said that the company is currently focusing on the largest lighting market in the field of LED chips, and has become one of the top three suppliers of the LED chip industry. The company's original LED chip has a capacity of around 1 million units per month, and another 400 thousand are being planned according to schedule. Since August, the capacity has been slowly released. It is estimated that 2/3 of the capacity will be reached by the end of September, and the rest will be reached before the end of this year. At present, some of the capacity of LED sapphire grinding and polishing and PSS substrate project has been trial run, and the company will implement follow-up projects according to the first part of the production capacity and the LED market situation.

Regarding metal logistics, Wu Xiangyang said that the products of the company's metal logistics and distribution are divided into two parts: steel plate and aluminum plate. The production bases are mainly distributed in Zhangjiagang, Guangdong Dongguan and Shanghai three. At present, the customer groups are mainly IT industry and auto parts, which are stable in operation and can provide sustained and stable cash flow for the development of the company.

In terms of lithium battery business, Tianpeng power company, a subsidiary of the company, has started producing three yuan lithium battery since 2006, and has accumulated a long time experience in R & D and manufacturing, which is very important for lithium battery enterprises. In terms of products, the company took the lead in realizing the mass production import of NCA high nickel system successfully, and the product has high market competitiveness. Compared with other companies in the industry, the company's products focus on three yuan cylindrical lithium battery, not including lithium iron phosphate, soft package, square and other forms of batteries.

In addition, Wu Xiangyang also pointed out that the company's lithium batteries face two markets, one is the electric vehicle market, the other is the electric tools market. In view of the current situation of downstream industry prices, money collection and other specific circumstances, the company strategically improves the proportion of electric tools. According to the past year's situation, the lithium battery in the second half of the year will normally be higher than the first half of the year.
