Silan launched high efficiency white LED driver chip

Silan Limited by Share Ltd launched a SB42510 white LED a buck, PWM control, built-in power switch driver. The chip is a DC/DC power LED driver circuit, three different specifications can meet the 1W, 3W and 5W white LED driver.

SB42510 using advanced BCD technology, the input voltage can reach 25V, the output current up to 1A. When driving a single LED, the efficiency can reach 88%, driving the two and more than LED, the efficiency can reach more than 95%. Chip built-in undervoltage protection circuit, temperature protection circuit and current limiting protection circuit. The current mode can provide fast transient response, and the loop stability design is simple.

In the off state, the static current of the chip is only 20mA; the range of the LED drive current varies with the voltage, and it can reach the steady current accuracy of 1%. Compared with other similar products have considerable advantages.

SB42510 chip operating frequency is about 360kHz, the periphery of the required inductance and capacitance is small; the power consumption of the chip is small, the use of SOP8 packaging, packaging size is small, more conducive to the use of users.
