Taiwan November export orders fell 1.56%

According to Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) statistics released in December 23rd showed that in 2009 of November, Taiwan received export orders amounted to $31 billion 260 million, a decline of 1.56%, but an increase of 37.11%.

Export orders, IT/ communication and electronic products are two orders in November, the highest amount of products, IT/ communication products export orders amounted to $8 billion 578 million, from January to November, IT/ communication products export orders amounted to $71 billion 121 million, while the electronic products in November export orders amounted to $7 billion 591 million from January. To November, electronic products export orders amounted to $70 billion 652 million.

January to November, Taiwan's total export orders for $290 billion 715 million, down 12.15%.

Taiwan's Ministry also announced the index of industrial production in Taiwan (manufacturing, quarry and mining, construction, electricity / gas / water supply industry), November, Taiwan industrial production index fell to 1.24%, an increase of 31.46%, from January to November, Taiwan's industrial production index fell 12.39%.
