Taiwan manufacturing sales fell 16.82% in 2009

According to Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), the news said that in 2009, Taiwan's total manufacturing income of 10 trillion and 341 billion yuan (NT $315 billion), compared with last year fell by 16.82%.

Taiwan's Ministry of economic affairs pointed out that in 2009, Taiwan's domestic sales revenue of 5 trillion and 239 billion yuan, while direct export revenue of NT $5 trillion and 102 billion, respectively, compared with 2008 fell by 17.55% and 16.08%. Sales of electronic components fell 8.84% to NT $2 trillion and 870 billion 300 million, accounting for about 27.76% of the total market share.
