Taiwan semiconductor equipment investment of $7 billion 700 million

SEMI (international semiconductor equipment and Materials Industry Association) said that in 2010 the Fab capital expenditure growth of 117%, Taiwan province equipment investment amounted to $7 billion 700 million in global crown.
