Taiwanese invested $150 million to build LED manufacturing enterprises in Shandong

Taiwan canyuan photoelectric Co., Ltd. plans to invest $150 million in Shandong, the construction of large-scale semiconductor lighting production enterprises, the project is mainly engaged in photoelectric materials power diode wafer, chip and related new electronic components research and development, production and sales.

According to Xinhua News Agency reported on February 28th, Taiwan's second largest semiconductor manufacturer Taiwan canyuan photoelectric Co., plans to invest $150 million in Shandong (Rushan) Taiwan industrial park construction of large-scale semiconductor lighting production enterprises.

According to the Taiwan canyuan photoelectric Co., Ltd. chairman Jian Fengren introduced, the project is mainly engaged in photoelectric material power diode wafer, chip and related new electronic components research and development, production and sales. The company will set up a new light source industry R & D center in Rushan, semiconductor lighting and related semiconductor research and development center, testing center. Companies strive for 3 years to build a leading semiconductor manufacturing enterprises in Shandong province has formed R & D advantages, supporting capacity, public service capacity of the industrial cluster test.

According to reports, the two sides have invested in December 08 officially signed a contract. At present, all the procedures have been completed, registration has been completed.

Taiwan Rushan Industrial Park covers an area of 7.5 square kilometers, dedicated to undertake large-scale industrial projects, is one of the top ten Taiwan Industrial Park in Shandong.
