It is understood that before 2013, the street lamps of three counties were high energy consuming lamps. Due to the long service life, the Lantern Festival appeared corrosion and fracture. There were significant safety risks and heavy electricity consumption. At the beginning of August, the three county power supply company organized personnel to inspect the street lights of the county streets, and decided to replace the street lamps of the main streets of the county town, and worked out construction plans and replacement measures. First of all, the Lantern Festival and lamp holders of street lamps in the main street of the county are all changed.

In October 21st, the author saw at the construction site that the technical personnel first unloaded the original street lamp and installed the LED street lamp. In less than 20 minutes, a LED street lamp was installed. Li Hewang, the technician, told the author: "this time, our company invested about 2200000 yuan, changing the main street of the county into 911 new LED street lamps, and putting 2 new long arm streetlights vehicles into routine maintenance and operation maintenance."

The comparison between sodium lamp and LED street lamp shows that the sodium lamp has only one light source, while the LED street lamp has many light spots. Technicians told me that the entire LED street lamp is lit up by these lights, which makes the street lightness not less, but more dazzling. Compared with the yellow light of the sodium lamp, the LED street lamp has a high purity of color. Under the LED light, the street looks more beautiful. At the same time, the LED street lamp has high efficiency and the power consumption is only 44% of the sodium lamp, the brightness is 20% higher than before, and the electricity consumption is 65%.
