This means that while the perovskite thin film external quantum efficiency better, the efficiency of the light emitting diode is higher, the stability is better.

Compared to silicon and other LED preparation materials, perovskite cheaper, the preparation process is simple. The researchers said the new technology will accelerate the commercial application of perovskite in lighting, display, laser field, the future LED products more efficient and cheap.
