The research team used perovskite as semiconductor crystal LED radiation light, in LED perovskite material thickness less than 4.8 nm. The LED material can be made of paper like flexible imaging, so as to achieve the rapid roll production process, not only improve the production efficiency, but also reduce the cost of production.

But the pure green light-emitting LED also needs some time in industry application. He hopes to improve the efficiency of pure green LED to 6% to 7%.
