Toshiba America electronic components company launched a new compact high efficiency white LED

Toshiba America electronic components company, announced the launch of a new compact high brightness white LED, than the previous generation product launch to 2 times higher and claimed that TLWK1100B is the size of the white LED, the industry's highest brightness products. The new TLWK1100B LED brightness reaches 1500 MCD under a current of 20 ma. Suitable for automotive lighting design, LCD backlight, panel indicator, and replace incandescent bulbs in certain lighting applications.

TLWK1100B offers standard PLCC2 surface mount package sizes of 3.2mm x 2.9mmx 1.9mm. LED high brightness white light output is made of InGaN material with a blue LED yellow phosphor. The maximum power consumption is only 114mW and the typical forward voltage is 3.2 v. The working temperature is 40 degrees Celsius to 100 degrees.
