Toshiba launched a high efficiency power white LED

Toshiba released a luminous flux of up to 160 to 170lm white LED "TL1L4 series" at normal temperature, which has been in production since February 4, 2015. The TL1L4 series is mainly used for lighting products, LED lighting, lighting, lamp, street lamp based and light etc..

The luminous efficiency of TL1L4 series products is as high as 160lm/W (CCT=5000K, Ra=70@IF=350mA, Ta=25). Ta=85 the maximum working current is 1A. According to reports, compared with the original Toshiba TL1L3 series, the new product in the case of Ta=85 DEG C will increase the luminous flux of more than 60%, which helps to improve the luminous efficiency of lighting products, reduce power consumption.

As with the original product, the new product also uses GaN-on-Si (silicon based gallium nitride) technology, which is also a feature of Toshiba lighting with white LED. The series features a 3.5mm x 3.5mm lens package, colored temperature from 2700K to 6500K nine models.
