Toshiba new white LED luminous flux up to 60 lumens

Toshiba (Toshiba) company announced the launch of the day before the flux reached the industry's highest level of a new generation of white light LED TL10W02-D. The product can be used for home or office lighting, store decoration, interior lighting, as well as liquid crystal display (LCD) backlight.

By improving the diode chip mounting technology, improved heat dissipation function, and the thermal package is low, TL10W02-D in 500mA (2W) driving current, the luminous flux of 60 lumens. The optimum design of the internal reflection structure also enhances the efficiency of light irradiation.

Toshiba Co is expected to start delivering TL10W02-D white LED in July samples, and in October 1 million the initial monthly production started mass production.

Except TL10W02-D, Toshiba also released 30 lumens of TL10W01-D, the product is expected to start mass production in July. The two new LED are compact package, the size of the length of 10.5 * wide * 5 * 2.1mm, and suitable for lead-free reflow soldering.
