In order to cope with the "ten point two line", the Department is focusing on the "ten point two line" lighting facilities. In the near future, the lighting facilities will be repaired and added in order to improve the brightness of the intersection and section, and help alleviate the congestion.

The "ten point two lines" published by the Nanning police department include Baisha education intersection, Hui Chun Jinpu intersection, Yuexiu bridge east bridge head, and Zhuxi Avenue, Anji Avenue and so on. According to the introduction, in addition to the intersection design, subway construction and other objective factors caused by the congestion, there are still a lot of citizens, "ten point two lines" in some of the intersection sections, there are insufficient street lighting and bad sight, resulting in difficulties at night observation road conditions, indirectly causing slow traffic congestion.

In view of this situation, the city lighting management department of Nanning has set up a special renovation plan for the "ten point two line". The director of the service of the Department, Chen Junjie, introduced the Baisha education intersection as an example. There was a high pole lamp with 30 meters high on the side of the South Lake Park, but it had been used for a long time. Because the trees under the light are dense, the lights can't be reduced to repair. In addition, the general main intersection should be equipped with wide light light with large brightness and wide range of illumination, and this intersection is short of floodlight because of historical reasons, which leads to insufficient illuminance at the intersection. According to the situation, the lighting technicians in the South Lake Park side of Baisha education intersection and the direction of the education road turn right to the direction of the Taoyuan Road, a total of 5 floodlights are replaced and added to form the opposite lighting. Subway construction is being carried out in Anji avenue of "big households", and many lighting pipes and lamps are removed and migrated, resulting in insufficient illumination in many sections of the whole road. Chen Junjie said that in the near future they will communicate with the subway construction unit, considering the way of installing temporary street lamps in the construction enclosure, so as to ensure the basic lighting requirements of the pavement.
