Two cities in the United States to join the Cree LED Pennsylvania city plan

Recently, the two city in the US state of Pennsylvania umbre (Ambler) and Sunbury (Sunbury) has announced plans to join the Cree LED (Cree LED City city Program), which is an international project, and to promote the deployment of energy-saving LED lighting. In the city of Philadelphia, 15 miles north of, the city has been installed along the track with a decorative urban street lamp. The maximum power of each street lamp is 74W, and the light source is equivalent to a 150W high pressure sodium lamp. Spring City expects that each LED street lamp can bring about 60% of the energy savings, and can save $15 per year of maintenance costs, or annual savings of more than $100 installation costs.

Recently, the city of Hanna, located on the banks of the city of Texas, has completed the installation of 10 Washington style LED street lamps, compared with the traditional metal halide lamp, the expected energy savings can reach 43%.
