American car factory GM (GM) launched a new two seater Mini EN-V electric concept car, with relatively small body, turning radius is very small, very light.

According to GM, an electric car concept in this series, will be on display at the 2010 World Expo in Shanghai, its prototype technology called Personal Urban Mobility and Accessibility (P.U.M.A.), is developed by Segway technology.
