U.S. companies predict the global semiconductor industry will once again fall into recession

American high-tech market research firm Ince Tate (In-Stat) a research report published on the 4, after the global semiconductor sales growth reached a record high of 27% in 2004, 2005 will once again fall into recession.

According to the company's Ince forecast, this year's global semiconductor sales will drop from $211 billion 400 million last year to $199 billion 300 million, down 5.7%.
