The specification is intended to stipulate that strong searchlights and high-power floodlights are strictly prohibited in landscape lighting, and the interference light of buildings, apartments, hospital wards and other buildings is strictly regulated.

In addition, if the resident's home is troubled by light pollution such as a street lamp or a neon lamp, it can be called to the management department.

The standard requires that the landscape lighting should be fully considered in the design of landscape. The landscape lighting facilities around the house shall not affect the normal rest of the residents, and the luminance of the lamps and lanterns in the living room should be controlled.

When landscape lighting is set around the road of a motor vehicle, LED lamps and lanterns which are directed to the direction of the driver's line of sight shall not be set.

The specification also provides specific values for the maximum vertical illumination on the windows of residential and hospital wards, and the maximum light intensity of the luminescent bodies that are seen directly from the room. The limit on the street side of the residential area is slightly looser than the non street side. At 23 time, the standard of illumination and light intensity before 23 is about three to five times higher than that of 23.

Rare trees are not suitable for landscape lighting

As for the effects of light pollution on plants and animals, the standard is also required to avoid the disturbance of landscape lighting and the normal growth of the plants. It is not suitable for the setting of landscape lighting for rare trees.

The power of an ornamental bulb installed on a tree should be less than 1W, and it should be confirmed that the surface temperature of the bulb is less than the damage to the tree or the temperature that affects its normal growth.
