Xi'an to build high-power semiconductor lighting industry base

February 9th, Xi'an national civil aerospace industrial base will be organized by domestic experts to demonstrate the national semiconductor lighting industry base development plan and implementation plan, and then reported to the national development and reform commission. If approved, Xi'an will build the domestic first-class, world-renowned "national high-power semiconductor lighting industry base".

Before the Spring Festival, Xi'an National Civil Aerospace Industrial Base director Zhao Hongzhuan went to Beijing to report the Xi'an Aerospace base to build "national planning ideas of high power semiconductor lighting industry base", decisions about development of LED semiconductor industry. Deputy director of development and reform Minister of national Ministry of Commerce and the National Committee Chen Deming Zhang Xiaoqiang said it will vigorously support the development of national industries Xi'an space base, encourage Xi'an Aerospace base to improve industrial concentration, promote independent innovation, breakthroughs in key technologies, improve the capability of industrialization, expanding the application field, the establishment of demonstration projects to promote industrial development in application. Governor Yuan Chunqing recently visited the space base base as well as the development of semiconductor LED industry gave a high recognition and strong support, with the R & D team and set up R & D center base contract; semiconductor platform; Changan blue oak venture capital, Xi'an Aerospace base has occupied a first-class resources for the development of high power semiconductor lighting industry.

It is reported that the completion of the national high power semiconductor lighting industrial base, is expected within 5 years will occupy 20% of the market share in Asia and the world, the Xi'an Aerospace base has become a platform for science and technology innovation, high power semiconductor lighting industry enterprise incubation platform, product development platform, personnel training platform, the scale of production platform and semiconductor international exchanges and cooperation platform.
