Xiamen transports LED tunnel lights 5974 sets of annual electricity saving 2 million 570 thousand degrees

Recently, a careful citizen driving through the Huang CuO tunnel will find that the lights in the tunnel are brighter and the driving comfort has been improved. Such changes also occur in Zeng Shan Tunnel and Jin Shan Zhai tunnel. Recently, all three tunnels around the main island have successfully completed the LED energy saving transformation.

The total length of the tunnel around the main island road (Zeng Shan Tunnel, Jin Shan Zhai tunnel and Huang CuO tunnel) is about 8 km. This lighting energy saving transformation will replace the original 5609 tunnel fluorescent lamp tubes one by one to the LED lamp tube, and the 365 sets of enhanced lighting will also be replaced by LED tunnel lights one by one. After transformation, it can save electricity by more than 2 million 570 thousand degrees throughout the year, and the energy saving rate is as high as 54%. At present, there are 11 tunnels for energy conservation in our city. The energy saving reconstruction project of the successful Avenue tunnel group (Wucun tunnel, Wan Shi Shan Tunnel, Zhong Gu Shan Tunnel) and Yun Ding tunnel has been completed by the end of 2013, and the transformation of the 3 tunnels on the ring road has been completed successfully. The Baicheng tunnel, fox mountain tunnel, Xinyang tunnel and Tianma mountain tunnel are being rebuilt. The main works have been basically completed and are being debugged.
