Yantai's LED street lighting is more than half of the urban street lighting project.

Public network Yantai November 10th hearing, 10 morning, Yantai City Administration Bureau maintenance department began to Binhai North Road lights LED new light source replacement, is expected to replace the time of 3 days, the replacement of street lighting effect is better, and energy saving and environmental protection. This marks the overhaul of main street lights in central Yantai in 2015.

It is understood that the Binhai North Road street lamp installed in 2002, has been working for 13 years, far beyond the ordinary street lamp use about 8 years to replace the years. The old lamp holder is made up of the front 400W and 250W sodium lamp. The lamp holder is all renewed. The new lamp head adopts the new LED light source combined with the former 350W and 100W, and the half power operation technology is added at the same time. When the street light is lit for 5 hours at night, it will automatically enter half power mode to save power.

Liu Changchun, director of the site command, introduced the construction of a total of 6 street lamp cranes, 130 operating vehicles and 2 street lighting operators. The renovation project is completed in 3 days. The traffic lights at Binhai North Road will be greatly improved and become a beautiful scenery along the coast.

It is understood that the main street lighting repair project in Central District of Yantai in 2015 was launched in mid October of this year. At present, the reconstruction of the ring mountain road tunnel, Zhifu Island East Road, Shi Xiu District, power plant overpass ramp road lighting transformation, Urban Street Lane 52 power supply transformation, ring Hill Road, golden ditch overpass bridge northeast corner and other 100 points of the street lighting rate transformation has been completed respectively, the estimated nearly 2000 sets of lights have been overhauled. Red flag Road North, South Main Street South, east of Qingnian Road, west of Jiefang Road and many other road lights and landscape lighting transformation is in progress.
