Two phase of construction to be completed by the end of 2012, an additional investment of $500 million, adding 10 new MOCVD and supporting production lines, the production of epitaxial total of 567 thousand, the production of 1W high-power chip nearly 1 billion 420 million.

Jiangsu Arctic Hao Tian science and Technology Co., Ltd. has been integrated with the State Key Laboratory of Optoelectronics Tsinghua University officially signed the LED patent technology transfer and long-term cooperation agreement. According to this agreement, Tsinghua University, not only to the Arctic Hao Tian transfer of two LED patent technology, but also to the north pole of the long-term production, research and development and personnel training support to the Arctic, Hao Tian.
