Zetex release LED driver suitable for lighting applications

Jatco (Zetex Semiconductors) the day before the launch of the ZXLD1360 LED drive. When controlling the brightness of the LED, the external DC voltage or PWM control signal can be added to the ADJ pin to adjust the output current up and down. The driver of the built-in PWM filter can be controlled by the input / output current to achieve soft start function. The use of external capacitors can also further extend the soft start time. As long as the ADJ pin plus low voltage, the output can be turned off, the device is set in a low current standby mode.

ZXLD1360 rated operating temperature range of -40 DEG C to 125 C, can handle up to 40V of the transient voltage inflow, suitable for LED based automotive, industrial, emergency relief, building lighting circuits and daily lighting applications. When the LED is in an open state, the coil current flows through the external clamping diode to ensure that the drive is not damaged.

ZXLD1360 is compatible with the already available 350mA ZXLD1350 LED driver pin. Some 07 years later, the company will also launch Zetex 60V and 1A driver ZXLD1362 and both easy to configure and support the driver ZXLD1380 buck, boost and buck / boost mode, and can be used for ZXSC380 single cell voltage and low voltage LED applications simple instructions.
