TCL Multi-media Technology Holdings's parent company, Ltd. (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "TCL group"), the TCL group claims against its U.S. Patent No. 8309375 and 7855092nd, 7901959th, 7915631st; and may apply to the court for an injunction issued by Nichia, ban TCL Group sales and distribution involving infringement of LCD TV products, such as 48 Inch LED TV (model 48FD2700). And in this lawsuit Nichia claim damages.
