A Morimi (ON Semiconductor) semiconductor announced its main operating subsidiary Semiconductor Components Industries, LLC LSI Logic has completed the purchase of Fab Corporation Oregon Gresham and other semiconductor manufacturing equipment of the transaction, the transaction price is about $105 million, according to the specific implementation of the agreement signed in April 5, 2006. The company has so far paid approximately $90 million to LSI Logic, the balance will be paid within the agreed date of completion of the transaction within 90 days.

A Morimi semiconductor retains all currently working in Gresham manufacturing LSI manufacturing staff. After the completion of this transaction, A Morimi semiconductor access to skilled process development engineers, operational expertise and technology development skills.
