A Morimi is suitable for medium power portable LED drive

A Morimi semiconductor introduced NCP5603 new white LED driver, special high brightness LED to drive the camera and mobile phone and other portable consumer electronic products or in the application of flash flashlight.

NCP5603 with charge pump structure and two external ceramic capacitors provide power conversion, and does not need to be used for large volume storage power conversion inductance. Its DFN-10 package size is only 3 mm x mm x 0.9 3 mm, with a limited surface area, suitable for thin portable consumer electronics applications.
