As for the growth of LEDNB product shipments, unaffected by the global economic downturn, that is, after the elimination of cheap NB, 2008 LEDNB product penetration is still at least more than 20%.

Chen Xuanbin also pointed out that currently being built AUO plant, but also not officially entered the front-end equipment, is still in the training stage, estimated AUO formally put into production operations, contribute to the actual revenue time will fall in the second half of 2009.

As for the application and development of LED application monitors and TV products, AUO will use R and G, early B 3 color light mixing technology, but the future will be blue LED with red and green phosphors for white LED into the mainstream.
