AnalogicTech launches multifunctional LED

Advanced Analogic Technologies Incorporated (AnalogicTech), a mobile consumer electronic device power management semiconductor development company, recently announced the launch of AAT3174, the charge pump with high current and high efficiency for multi field LED. This model greatly simplifies the application through the design, allows the designer to via AnalogicTech (TM) Simple Serial Control (S (2) Cwire (TM)) or R (SET) interface pin to control the LED, realize the double support of flash and movie mode. This unique feature also allows designers with an external resistor to support current levels up to 800mA.
