Analysis and design of contactless power supply system for LED lighting equipment

The design of the LED light emitting device using non-contact power supply technology should be considered from three aspects:

One is to improve the efficiency of the system as far as possible from the choice of devices, circuit design;

Two is embedded non-contact RFID (RadioFrequencyIdentification, radio frequency identification) technology to achieve ID authentication mechanism to ensure the security of the system;

Three is the use of MCU (MicroControlUnit, microcontroller) as the core part of the driving circuit to generate the required oscillation frequency, but also need to control the RFID component and the power receiver for information exchange.

The power supply end and the electric power end can be supplied by one to one, one to many, many to one, many to many, and network distribution mode.

The system is composed of power supply part and working part (as shown in Figure 1). The power supply part is composed of MCU and power supply unit, MCU through the RFID transmitter unit to detect the load position, when the load exists, open the power supply unit, power supply. The work is composed of MCU, with the power to send corresponding with the RFID component, LED unit, power unit and a charging battery. The electric unit is used to receive power, the receiving coil receives the electric energy through rectification, filtering processing to the battery and LED power supply unit. The peripheral circuit of MCU includes reset circuit, reference voltage circuit, serial port download circuit, power supply and grounding, keys, alarm and so on. The man-machine interface of the system is realized by the display module. Part of the work, power supply, power management, buttons, display and other functions are controlled by the MCU.

The realization of the use of non-contact power supply technology of LED light-emitting device is the integration of the above scheme, that is, the two components, namely, respectively, 220V AC power transmission terminal and the LED light emitting device battery charging power receiver. Will be charged LED light emitting devices into the charger, charging switch in power supply terminal of the power transmitting end sends authentication information, the power receiving end to receive the verification information after the confirmation information, authentication is passed, then the control circuit starts to work, to achieve power transmission.
