Annwa hi tech and OSRAM sign patent licensing agreement

Under the agreement, OSRAM will be awarded Avago Technologies (Annwa) patent license for the manufacture and sale of white LED and LED package with special surface conversion technology, and Avago Technologies (Annwa high-tech) will also be awarded the patent license in the OSRAM projector and tablet LCD applications of LED system.

LED conversion technology can use InGaN (indium gallium nitride) blue chip and a matching fluorescent converter to produce white LED, and its implementation of the compact surface packaging can simplify the process of industrial production.
