Annwa launched LED ASMT-Jx3x solid-state lighting applications

Avago Technologies (Annwa Tech), announced before launch, one of the industry's small high brightness 3W LED products, suitable for a wide variety of solid-state lighting applications. The size is 5mm * 4mm * 1.85mm, Avago's new compact 3W LED ASMT-Jx3x products with small size SOP package, with up to 700mA current drive to bring high luminosity output, this compact LED provides a broad perspective, in line with MSL-1 moisture sensitivity level and reliability. This cost-effective 3W lighting applications, LED is very suitable for limited space. Typical applications include portable lighting, street lighting, building exterior lighting, lighting, retail display backlight and various special lighting applications.

Although the size of compact design, broad perspective of ASMT-Jx3x can still provide 165o, meet the need of good color and luminosity output consistency Design Engineer in the lighting application demands, Avago ASMT-Jx3x is a can deal with high temperature and high driving current in the design of high performance LED, provide up to 160 lumens through the current 700mA (LM) the high luminosity output, the LED can withstand the maximum 135oC junction temperature up to 16kV ESD, so it is not susceptible to electrostatic interference, therefore does not need special protection when installing ESD. The 3W LED product is compatible with the standard surface mount reflow process, not only reduces the design cost, but also brings higher degrees of freedom and flexibility to the lighting design engineer.
