Annwa push the industry's smallest high brightness 3W LED products

Annwa Technology (Avago) recently announced the launch of the industry's most small high brightness 3WLED products, suitable for a wide range of solid-state lighting applications. The size of 5mmx4mmx1.85mm high, Annwa new compact 3WLED ASMT-Jx3x products with small size SOP package, with up to 700mA current drive to bring high luminosity output, this compact LED provides a broad perspective, in line with MSL-1 moisture sensitivity level and reliability. The high cost of 3WLED lighting applications is very suitable for limited space. Typical applications include portable lighting, street lighting, building exterior lighting, lighting, retail display backlight and various special lighting applications. Although the size of compact design, broad perspective of ASMT-Jx3x can still provide 165o, meet the need of good color and luminosity output consistency Design Engineer in the lighting application demands, Avago ASMT-Jx3x is a can deal with high temperature and high driving current in the design of high performance LED, provide up to 160 lumens through the current 700mA (LM) the high luminosity output, the LED can withstand the maximum 135oC junction temperature up to 16kV ESD, so it is not susceptible to electrostatic interference, therefore does not need special protection when installing ESD. The 3WLED product is compatible with the standard surface mount reflow process, not only reduces the design costs, but also can bring higher degrees of freedom and flexibility to the lighting design engineer.
