CREE lighting class XT series LED and road lighting reference program

CREE XLamp XT series LED SC fand technology platform innovative based on the use of a new generation of silicon carbide (DA Direct Attach) chip. The optimal heat dissipation package and new phosphors, reliability of luminous flux and light effect and better, with high light output, high reliability and high efficiency characteristics. Through the physical test, the reference design of the solder joint temperature of about 46.4 degrees, calculated by Tj about 55 degrees.

In the aspect of optics, the scheme of integrated lens is used to support the design of street lamp module. The optical efficiency can reach more than 93% by using Reddick street lamp lens (LL14CR-AOC65150L02).

The test results showed that the three XLamp XT-E LED streetlight module design scheme of light efficiency can reach 85 lm/W, the R4 file can be more than 100 lm/W, the modular design which has the advantages of simple structure, easy assembly, and can meet the needs of different color temperature, light efficiency requirements of high-quality lamp design.
