Chaoke launch frequency PWM control IC control LED lamp driver

Chaoke (Supertex) company launched a PWM frequency IC controller -- HV9930, designed for low noise by lifting (Cuk) topology to control LED lamp driver. The device also uses hysteresis current mode control (hysteretic current mode control) technology to adjust the input and output current. Under the condition of no need of complex auxiliary circuit, a fast transient response. In addition, in the case of start-up and output overload, the input current control allows the implementation of the current limit, while the capacitive isolation protects the LED lamp from the failure of the MOSFET switch.

HV9930 low frequency PWM output regulation function, acceptable load ratio of 0 - 100%, an external control signal and the frequency up to several KHz. According to reports, the HV9930 based LED driver is suitable for low-voltage DC output of automotive LED lights and RGB backlight applications. HV9930 based LED lamp driver efficiency over 85%.
