Professor Chen Daren believes that intellectual property against enterprise intellectual property defense strategy is to construct the IPR protection network to withstand the opponent, but no clue to protect the network is not the construction of self-centered to spend a lot of cost planning efforts. On the other hand, the enterprise intellectual property rights strategy is to attack the concept of intellectual property rights are forward-looking established enterprises, although the best defense is to attack, but the enterprise should be further beyond the manufacturing standard thinking, use intellectual property licensing fees received from service and increase the added value of intellectual property rights. Intellectual property management in the enterprise, often encounter underappreciated phenomenon: 1 enterprise intellectual property management organization is not perfect, the number of intellectual property rights 2 importance of application do not attach importance to the quality, 3 related intellectual property litigation in favor of guerrilla warfare rather than a system of regular warfare, 4 always passive rather than active response plan of attack, 5 cost command instead of value orientation. The enterprise should change the phenomenon, to attach importance to innovation as the key and core competitive advantage through innovation, focus on the development of original products, in order to further achieve effective defense and attack enterprises in intellectual property rights on effect.

Finally, Professor Chen Daren stressed that innovation, technology licensing, infringement litigation, by his own use force "weapon" is the four core technology patent layout construction complete, and strive to know ourselves, and flexible use of various strategies to protect the enterprise in the melee of intellectual property protection in an invincible position.
