Chimei Innolux, and TPO merged to form a new company

China semiconductor lighting network translation company (CIC:Chimei Chimei Innolux Innolux Corporation) by the CMO (CMO), Innolux (Innolux Display) and sychip (TPO Displays) a new company founded, the company was formally established in March 18th, the chairman and President of Hsing C Tuan, chief executive of the company.

Hsing C Tuan said that by the end of 2010, the company's 8.5 generation line factory substrate monthly production capacity will reach 27 thousand, in 2011, its monthly production capacity will reach up to 54 thousand.

Hsing C Tuan said that in 2009, invested 40 billion yuan NT CMO has 8.5 generation line factories, CIC plans to invest 20 billion yuan NT, to expand its production capacity in 2010, in addition, for the 2011 budget is 8 billion yuan nt. Hsing C Tuan also said that if the need to introduce new technologies, the 8.5 generation line plant may need to invest NT $6 billion funding.

Hsing C Tuan said, CIC plans to expand its 6 generation line factory production capacity from the current 104 thousand to $180 thousand, and will spend $20 billion nt.

Hsing C Tuan pointed out that due to the complete supply chain, therefore, in 2010, CIC monthly revenue is expected to reach 400-500 billion NT dollars.
