China World Trade Center to ban EPISTAR products

PHILPS LumiLEDs chip package taking notice, distributors and other uses wafer's OMA, MB and GBLED in the United States International Trade Commission has issued a ban on these products into the United States because of their patent infringement of PHILPS Lumileds company. 1, production, use, sale, offering for sale or import of the wafer's OMA, MB and GBLED or LED products integrate these into the United States is regarded as patent infringement of PHILPS Lumileds company.

2, unauthorized producers should not rely on the compensation agreement as a violation of PHILPS Lumileds's patent defense behavior.

3, use, import or sell unauthorized infringing products is the company's patent rights of PHILPS Lumileds's direct infringement

4, during the International Trade Commission, wafer were asked to disclose it to current AlInGaPLED products and its "next generation" products and these violations of the '718 patent products.

5. The infringing products can not enter the United States, there are several other clients choose to obtain the necessary choice of these AlInGaPLED products, including but not limited by cooperation with chip manufacturers or distributors, such as Avago, such as Lastertech, Marubeni, Promate and FutureELectronics provide the company authorized by PHILPS Lumileds patent AlInGaP products.
