China strategic cooperation framework agreement on LED energy efficient products

Chinese innovation and Chinese trend board announced on June 7, 2010, trading hours, entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement. The parties to the strategic cooperation framework agreement:

The main provisions of

(1) up to Chinese and Chinese Booz can choose direct procurement of Huizhou TCLLED lighting products, the sub brand TCL;

(2) up to China and China Booz can choose to OEM the way commissioned by the Huizhou TCL production of LED lighting products, and use up to China or China Booz designated brands, Huizhou TCL up to Chinese or in accordance with the requirements of LED lighting products China allen;

(3) up to Chinese and Chinese Booz can ODM commissioned by the Huizhou TCL production of LED lighting products (including up to Chinese designed and delivered to the Huizhou TCL production), related intellectual property up to China or Chinese all Huizhou TCL Allen, responsible for the production and supply, and to ensure that as many as Chinese or not in Allen Chinese outside of any third party to provide the corresponding products;

Interpretation

In this announcement, unless otherwise stated, the following terms have the following meanings:

"Chinese" (Chinese Booz Allen) Information Systems Limited, as Chinese trend in one of the China domestic Affiliated Companies
