Corelle predicts the next three years the LCD glass substrate market grew by 37%

According to foreign media reports, the U.S. giant Corelle LCD glass substrate on Monday raised expectations of future glass substrate Market growth.

Corelle spokesman said that from 2005 to 2007, the LCD panel glass substrate industry will grow by 37% per year, after Corelle's estimate is $32%. After the introduction of the news, Corelle's share price rose 4.8%.

Corelle said its market forecast is based on the analysis of the LCD TV market over the past six months. The company said that by 2007, LCD TV will occupy 28% to 30% of the TV market. Previously, Corelle estimates the ratio of 25%. By then, the average size of LCD TV screen will be 28.5 inches, rather than previously said the 27.3 inches.
