Cree launched 80-100 mm MR16 LED replacement lamp CR100

In LED chip, North Carolina Durham lamps and lighting equipment manufacturer Cree company, in order to occupy the 80-100 mm MR16 incandescent light bulbs in the international market, has launched the first integrated system level led spotlight. The CR100 spotlight can directly replace the 50W MR16 tungsten lamp, the brightness and efficiency greatly exceeds the latter. According to Cree estimates, at present in Asia, Australia and New Zealand, there are about 1 billion 500 million MR16 tungsten lamp used in residential and commercial lighting, if high efficiency LED use Cree to replace them, by virtue of Cree TrueWhite technology in power consumption and lighting maintenance can save a lot of cost.

The CR100 spotlight output luminous flux reached 650 lumens, and the power consumption is only about 11.5 watts, the minimum lumen efficiency also reached lm/W, color rendering index of at least more than 90, and can achieve automatic dimming. Cree company believes that the emergence of this product for efficient white light provides a new industrial standard. In addition, relying on shallow and deep groove design, CR100 use of the surrounding environment to achieve effective heat dissipation, thereby ensuring its service life. Therefore, the CR100 spotlight can do 5 years warranty, the service life of at least 50000 hours, while the traditional watt MR16 tungsten lamp life is only about 2000 hours.
