Cree listed luminous efficiency up to 47lm/W 350mA high power white LED

America Cree company launched the day before driving current of 350mA brightness up to 57lm high power white light emitting diode (LED) XLamp 7090, the luminous efficiency is 47lm/W, specifically for the use of lighting equipment. The maximum color temperature of the white LED is 10 thousand K. XLamp 7090 also has the following characteristics: thermal resistance is reduced to 8 degrees /W; its electrically neutral thermal path allows the use of low cost PCB; reflow soldering.
