Yesterday (12) evening, the state lighting announcement was issued. Based on strategic needs and business expansion, the company invested RMB 10 million yuan to set up a wholly owned subsidiary, Zhejiang de Bang Vehicle Lighting Co., Ltd., which is mainly engaged in vehicle lighting business.

According to the announcement, the subsidiary was awarded the "business license" issued by the Dongyang municipal market supervision and Administration Bureau in September 7, 2018, which covers the production, R & D, design and sales of automotive lighting products, and import and export of goods and technologies.

Lighting has set up an important measure to actively expand the automotive lighting business, which is conducive to enhancing the company's sustainable development capability and fostering the company's new profit growth point, which is in line with the company's strategic development plan and business development needs, Zhejiang has said.
