Global LED demand will increase to 111 billion 600 million in 2012

According to the Japan Institute of Fuji (Fuji Keizai) economic survey report released in March 31st showed that in 2008 the global lighting market (including visible light, ultraviolet lamp, LED and semiconductor laser) fell 0.6% to 3 trillion yen scale than in 2007 815 billion 200 million. The report also pointed out that in 2009 the global LED market is still expected to be reduced by 6.4% to about 500 billion 900 million yen, but after 2010 is expected to turn positive growth. Fuji's economy is expected in the report, in 2012 the global LED market demand is expected to grow by 11.6% compared to, the amount of the size is also expected to grow by more than 18.9% to $636 billion 300 million in 2008 compared to 2008.
