Global semiconductor equipment Q1 orders of approximately $12 billion 900 million

VLSI Research released data show that the first quarter of 2005 the global semiconductor equipment orders shipments accounted for 0.94. Global semiconductor equipment orders for the first quarter of 2005 was about $12 billion 900 million, while shipments amounted to $13 billion 700 million.
