Holland municipal government to low-income families free energy supplies

It is reported that the northern city of Holland, the 6000 low-income families in May 2008 will receive the municipal government free of charge, the "energy saving box", which contains a light bulb and a light emitting diode (LED) light emitting diode (Leeuwarden) light.
